SHIPPING AND ORDERS

When will my order be shipped?

Once the order has been placed, please allow up to 3 business days for processing. Orders are shipped Monday through Friday, excluding holidays. You will receive a shipping confirmation email or message (wherever it is communicated) with a tracking number once the order has been shipped.

In the case of personalized orders, the manufacturing time is variable depending on the demand at the time of purchase. As soon as you make your payment, you will be told the maximum delivery date for your order. Usually manufacturing times range from 16 to 25 days.

Do you ship to my country?

Yes. Contact us directly at naturalskimboards@gmail.com to obtain the most accurate shipping quote, specify in your email that you want a shipping quote and write your data for it (Full address; Street and number, city, state, postal code and country).  The shipping cost does not include import duties and taxes that your country may charge.

WARRANTY

 

All Natural boards are rigorously inspected before leaving the workshop to ensure that any potential defects in workmanship or materials are detected. In the rare event that we overlook a problem; Natural Skimboards will replace any board found to be defective due to materials or workmanship for a period of 60 days from purchase.

 

Natural skimboards are manufactured to the highest standards using the highest quality materials and construction techniques. Because these boards are subject to extreme conditions, such as high impact maneuvers, there is no warranty for normal wear and tear or abuse. No other warranties are expressed or implied.

This warranty does not cover

  • Chips, dents, cracks, or edge chipping from normal wear and/or abuse.

  • Breakage due to incorrect installation of accessories. 

  • Breakage due to high impact maneuvers. 

  • Breakage due to oversize of the user (exceeding maximum weight or height according to the measure or technology).

  • Dents or bumps from rocks, board supports, or other hard objects.

  • Lower wear due to normal friction/wear from sand and stones.

  • Deformation due to exposure to excessive heat, such as leaving the skimboard in the trunk of the car, exposed to direct sunlight, etc.

 

Repair service

If you need to repair your skimboard due to normal wear and tear, we offer this service at a reasonable cost. You can send photos of the damage by email and we will do our best to give an accurate quote (Sometimes the cost of repair may vary since when inspecting the table there may be differences from what is seen in photos).

Return policy

You can return or request an exchange of the product if you have not removed it from its original packaging (Thermoplastic) to obtain a full refund or exchange within 30 days from the date of purchase. (Does not include shipping costs).

Please contact naturalskimboards@gmail.com with a brief explanation of the reason for the return.

In Personalized skimboards it is not possible to make returns, due to its specific characteristics.
